Appointment and Cancelation Policy

  • A $100 deposit is required to schedule your appointment for any PMU procedure. The deposit is non-refundable and not transferable. No exceptions. The deposit will be applied toward the price of a procedure on the day of your appointment.

  • Balance is due the day of your procedure. *Cash or Venmo only for remaining balance* *Tax will be added to all credit card purchases*.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by emailing me, by phone or text, any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment, otherwise, you will lose your whole deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. There are no exceptions, as you can appreciate both your time and my time are very valuable.

  • You have one opportunity to reschedule your appointment per booking. If you reschedule more than one time, an additional $100 fee will apply towards your initial or touch up appointment price. No Exceptions.

  • You are required to have your follow-up appointment within 6-8 weeks after your initial procedure. This is an extra $125 fee for returning clients only. If you decide to do another technique or change the shape on your follow up or yearly touch up, extra fees will be applied. (The difference of the two techniques).

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise which could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure, however, please understand that such changes affect not only me but other clients as well.

  • No children under the age of 18 or pets are allowed in the procedure room.

  • Avoid Chemical Peels, Botox and Laser treatment 4 weeks prior and after your appointment.

  • If you show up to your appointment and have previous cosmetic tattoos that the artist wasn’t aware of she may deny you as a client and charge you a setup fee of $100.

  • If you had your permanent make up done at another studio, please DO NOT book as a touch-up. You will need to book an appointment as a “Correction of previously tattooed eyebrows”. Before making an appointment please make sure to send us good quality pictures from different angles standing in daylight. Please don’t use indoor lights or flash because this will change the color of your permanent make up.

  • You cannot be pregnant or nursing to get any of our services done.

  • No food is permitted inside the procedure room.

  • We love to keep our space peaceful and ringtone free. Please set your devices to silent while at the procedure room, and take phone calls outside.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Prices are subject to change anytime.
